Cancellation Fees

In the event, a cancellation request has been submitted by the user while the Driver is on the way to the pick-up point or when the Driver has arrived at the location, a cancellation fee shall be imposed on the User in the following manner:-

Extra Charge for Overweight Items

If there are overweight items:-

1. Choose additional labour or package service (Applicable for lorry /van only.)
2. Choose the vehicle type which can match the overweight items. (Payment borne by user)
3. The base rate will be chargeable if the driver already reached the pick-up point. (Payment borne by user)

 

Parking Lot Charges

No charges

 

Night order (12 am-6 am)

Van, pick up and lorry

Base fare adds RM 18.

 

Additional charge 

No obligation by the user only add if the user needs to speed up the delivery

 

Driver as a moving Helper Door–to–Door

The driver will help to load and unload the goods or items from and to the premises. The charges Door – to – Door service and additional helpers may be different applies according to the vehicles.

 

Dismantle and Assembly services

The driver and 2 helpers will provide basic dismantling and assembly services for items like furniture or beds. The driver will help to load and unload the goods or items from and to the premises.

 

Tailgate

The rear of the lorry to load and unload heavy items at the premise without forklifts.
